Pastor Novlett Robinson was born and raised on the island of Jamaica. She is the third of nine siblings. Unaware of the call that God has placed upon her life for caring for others, she was introduced to the art of caring when her mother got sick with a medical condition and her father had to move to a different area of the island to work to adequately care for the family.
At this time, she was in her early teens and her two older siblings had already left home. Pastor Robinson cared for her younger siblings with passion. Novlett as she is affectionately called first accepted Jesus Christ into her life in her early twenties. She went on to become a Registered Midwife in Jamaica where she served for more than ten years caring for women during pregnancy, labor, and delivery, and one of the first to introduce newborns into the world.
During this time she mastered the art of caring. Novlett will be the first to tell you that she was not always saved. Novlett is not typical, “I knew I was called by God” pastor. She had her time of fashion, partying, and self-pleasure. She saves no reason not to confront someone if they have wronged her even if it means taking a plane, bus, running, or walking. She would inform you that confrontation was her goal in any situation.
Married with four biological children and three grandchildren, she migrated to the USA in the early eighties. Amid the challenges of migration, she renewed her relationship with Jesus Christ. She began worshiping at the Church of God of Prophecy in Dorchester, MA with the late Bishop James Peters. She later served in many different areas at Full Life Gospel Center under Bishop Glen Prosper at the same location. She then moved to Lynn where she has been serving as Senior Pastor of Full Life Gospel Ministry for over 20 years now.
Pastor Robinson continues to display her art of caring by touching the lives of the needy every day in every walk of life by offering her assistance in every possible way. She has extended her love for caring by touching lives in Ghana, Uganda, and Liberia. She has presently formed a non-governmental organization with a focus on mental health, female circumcision, and the immunization of children in Liberia by supporting children in villages in Uganda.
When Pastor Novlett is not preaching she is working as a registered nurse, where she uses her knowledge and skills to help those who cannot otherwise help themselves. Pastor Novlett is a caring and selfless person. She is dependable and trustworthy. Her congregation is always rallying around her especially when she has a mission to accomplish.
